Lost Post

I just wrote a blog called Dog Training: Philosophy or Fact (or close). I clicked on a photograph to insert into my blog post and the post went away. . I did click delete on one of the photo I decided not to use I had been saving it through frequently while posting. Is there a way I can get this post back?

Please go to https://wordpress.com/post with the same browser and see if it offers to restore a post. If a restore button appears, that means a local copy was saved in your browser and you may be able to recover it.If the post was created on the dashboard of your own blog at Dashboard > Pages > Add New then you ought to be able to recover a lost post or page from revisions if needed.
