Lost primary email address, seeking access to old account

    Hello,

    I’m stuck on the outside of an account I lost access to, through neglect, at a time when my work took over a little bit. I don’t have great records for the time, a couple of years ago, but can provide plenty of contextual information from memory. I’d like to regain access to a theme I purchased so I can try again with building a site. The wordpress.com account recovery form doesn’t recognise a transaction ID I have… does anybody have any idea how I should proceed now?

    You would need to provide proof of ownership listed on the account recovery form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    Do you remember the site address?

    Hi Liz,

    I do have some information, yes, but my problem isn’t quite the same problem the account recovery form anticipates. What I really need is a WordPress email address to write to so that I might share my details privately, but I can’t find one…
