Lost progress on a site when changing the title

  I’ve been working on this site since yesterday.

  Today between 12:00-12:25pm I changed the title. When I checked back all my progress from this morning had been lost back until about 4pm the previous day – but the title change remained. The revision history doesn’t include any drafts from today. Is there any way of going back to how the site looked before the title change at about 12pm today if there’s nothing in the revision history from today?
