Lost row in kitchen sink to change font colors?

  THIS IS THE 3rd form I have sent. Not happy with no reply in over one week when I need help. No phone # to call. Not good customer service. I gave a premium blog that has been challenging to learn. We can’t change the color of the text anymore. There used to a box for it in the kitchen sink, in the editing mode, but now it’s not there as well the entire second row. HELP TODAY please?????

  It sounds like the second line of tools in the Visual editor is missing for you. Can you try clicking on the Kitchen Sink button to get it to display for you?
