Lost sign in information

  I haven’t been able to do much with my blog and today decided to see about getting started back with it. Unfortunately, I don’t remember my sign in information. My niece set the account up for me so I’m guessing all the information I need to prove it’s my blog was sent to her. Is there any way someone can help me gain access to my blog without that information?
