Lost site
-
Hi,
I used to be able to access WordPress to edit our site by typing in our site name followed by /admin. I recently moved our domain to 123Reg and need to upload the content. However when I try to access WordPress using the above method I get the message ‘site can’t be found’. If I go log in via wordpress.com the content for my site is blank.Any idea how I can recover my site? Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
If you’re trying to upload content at 123Reg, then you’re using the open source WordPress software, not WordPress.com, and we’re not able to help you with this.
Have you installed the WordPress software on your server at 123Reg yet? If not, you’ll need to do that first. Then you’ll need to ask 123Reg for your FTP credentials, which will allow you to upload your site files to their servers. So please contact 123Reg.
If 123Reg tells you a particular aspect is not something they can help with but is a “WordPress issue”, or you should contact “WordPress support”, please ask in the self-hosted WordPress forums that provide support for the version of the WordPress software you’re using, here:
