  My website was http://www.clarke-co.ca
  I would like to recover it. The issue may have been payment related as my credit card expired and didn’t think to update this. Please help :)

  It sounds like coclarke.wordpress.com is your WordPress.com blog, and you owned clarke-co.ca at some point, but now it isn’t your content? Or is it the opposite – clarke-co.ca is your site and coclarke.wordpress.com is not your content?

  Do you own coclarke.ca and you want it to point to coclarke.wordpress.com?

  I did a Whois lookup on clarke-co.ca and it looks like the domain registrar is Gandi Services, Inc. – does that sound familiar?

  Hi there, Your above site is up and running for me, but it is using the standalone WordPress software and hosted on Amazon rather than being hosted here on WordPressdotcom.

  If you need further help with this issue, you’ll want to check with your domain registrar and/or Amazon for assistance.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites. Standalone WordPress (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are ) are different entities with separate documentation and support forums; more information about the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
