Lost site

  Hi there,

  I have lost my whole site which was originally under aimeevictorialong.com – I have contacted the people that help host my site and created the website and said:

  ‘Please could you login to your wordpress.com account and contact support team to add the domain back in your account with all the previous DNS values if they have backed up.’

  I have just found the email address that this old site was says it has expired as the payment wasn’t made. How do I make payment and retrieve?

  I haven’t received this email – is it going to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  – perhaps it is going to my website hosts email address instead?

  I have checked all junk folders, please could this be resent to the above address?

  Hi Aimee, we can only send it to the address on file with the domain, and the one you listed just now is not. Can you double check all other email addresses you have?
