  Hi, my website seems to have disappeared. Is there any way to retrieve it?

  Hi there,

  Right now you’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.

  But your site is not hosted with us. Instead, it’s hosted at Bluehost.com, and using the open source version of WordPress made by the community on WordPress.org

  I see you have your site connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, which allows you to manage certain aspects of your site using your WordPress.com account. But as the site is not hosted on our servers, we have no control over the site itself, and no information on why it is offline at the moment.

  Please contact support at Bluehost directly instead. They’ll hopefully be able to help you determine the cause and get the site working again.
