  Hello, We just updated the website but due to some issue the developers by mistake removed my access.

  I cannot login with my WordPress profile.

  Please help me restore my access

  I cannot login with my WordPress profile.

  I’ve taken a look into the issue and it seems that during the recent update, there was an attempt to migrate the site. This process can sometimes overwrite our database version, which in turn disconnects and deactivates Jetpack.

  The good news is that I have fixed the Jetpack connection, and the site owner should now have access to it again. Upon reviewing the user roles, I see that you are currently listed as an editor on the site. This means you should be able to access the site with your editor privileges.

  If your role needs to be elevated to an administrator, I recommend reaching out to the person who created the site, as they can adjust user roles. They can easily change your role by following this guide on how to Change a User’s Role.

  Please try logging in again to see if you now have the appropriate access. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, don’t hesitate to let me know.
