Lost site and emails

    All of a sudden our website is not there and our emails are not working- I can see payments for a adarlingaffair.worpress.com but not the adarlingaffiar.com page which is what we use. When we go to our site it says its parked free via go daddy- i have tried both go daddy and wild west who seem to be our registrar?

    You must contact Godaddy as they parked your domain.

    Hi there,

    This is happening because your domain expired a few days ago. The good news is that I may still be able to recover your domain at its regular renewal price, and for that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply if you have submitted the payment so I can begin the recovery process.

    Please note that if in the meantime, your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

    Hi there,

    Please update the email address for your WordPress.com account to one you’re able to access, and let us know here once you’ve done that. Then we can resend the payment link there.

    After you make payment please return here to let us know so we can take the next step of recovering the domain.

    IMPORTANT: We do not know to recover the domain unless you let us know you have made payment, so please be sure to come back here and update us.

    That is correct. When the custom domain is removed from your account, your site returns to the default “wordpress.com” address that we assign at the time it is set up. Technically we can’t display in in the dashboard as adarlingaffair.com since that domain still needs to be reactivated.

    Also I can confirm the domain seems to load a site for me, one that appears to be hosted with Dreamhost.

    Hi it all came back but now the website has disappeared 5 hours later and says its parked free at go daddy
