Lost Site/Content

    I cannot find/access my site (staywokewithminniecooper.com) through the URL or my WordPress account. I am worried I’ve lost all my content and cannot access it anywhere. I recently renewed my Bluehost but I am worried I missed a payment or did something else to cause the site to be suspended and need to get it back up and running as quickly as possible.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there,

    The forum you’re posting to now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.

    We’re something different from the WordPress software you’re using for that site that you have hosted at Bluehost. That software is made and supported by the community on WordPress.org.

    Based on the public Whois database your domain is still active, but the fact that it loads a Bluehost landing page means it’s likely that your hosting plan with them has expired.

    Please contact them directly to sort that out. If they still have a backup of your site’s content on their servers, they’ll also be able to help you restore that.
