Lost Site & Lost Account Access

    Hi There,

    I had purchased a WordPress theme and had originally had my account under the domain grayspropertygroup.com.

    Messing around with the settings, trying to change it to grayequitypartners.com, I have lost my site, and also in the settings my original email was (email visible only to moderators and staff), which I changed to (email visible only to moderators and staff), but now for some reason I am completely locked out, no site appears when I type in the domain in the URL, and when trying to use (email visible only to moderators and staff) as my email login it says not recognised.

    Please please can someone assist us in finding how to log back into our admin panel.

    Thanks for getting in touch. Sadly, neither of those sites are set up on our managed hosting service here at WordPress.com. Instead, you are using the open source WordPress installation.

    Help with this version of WordPress can come from your hosting provider. grayspropertygroup.com is using Bluehost and grayequitypartners.com is with GoDaddy. Alternatively you can try the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
