Lost social shares when moved self hosted

  Hi,
  I moved my blog self hosted during the weekend. I used to have my own domain already on wp.com, and all links seem to work after the transfer, but my social shares reset to 0. I’ve tried to find a solution, but as I haven’t found it, I thought maybe here at wp.com someone could advise what to do. I kept my permalinks as in wp.com, but as I use now Polylang to separate my languages (on wp.com I used to do it with categories), could the language identification in the url lose all my social shares even if the links are working fine? Thanks for any advice.
