Lost subscribers, hosting people no help

    Hi, Last time I lost all my subscribers, WordPress.com helped me out by restoring my subscribers. I do subscribe to a service with Wp.com which is the redirect service which I have kept up. My new hosting people don’t seem to understand how wordpress works even though they claim they have technical support for it. Can someone in WordPress please restore my subscribers? Obviously, if I post in my blog, “Please re-subscribe!” only current subscribers will see this. It is a Catch-22 for sure. Apparently someone took my change of hosting people personally and got insulted when she got bumped off. Another assumed I was dead. If someone in the Tech Support dept might be kind enough to restore my email followers then maybe someone might be disappointed to discover I’m still alive!

    Hi there,

    We can only transfer (not restore) subscribers between two WordPress site provided that the sites are on WordPress.com or that they use the Jetpack plugin.

    Can you please let me know from which site you want to recover your subscribers and also what exactly happened and you lost them?
