Lost subscribers with new theme

    Hello,
    I recently got a new theme for my site (www.districthostess.com) and since switching over to the new theme, none of my new posts are sent to my subscribers. Usually they receive an email but I’ve double checked and no one is receiving anything. This is the same domain as before, just a new theme. How can I migrate all subscribers over or is this a setting I need to find?
