Lost subscribers/followers

  I transferred my blog from WP.com to WP.org, yet my subscribers and followers have not been imported. This is scary. I have contacted the support team on 3 occasions, but I have had no reply. I could really do with some help here please. Regards, a novive techno person that is desperate for some support. Cheers.

  I see that Carolyn as responded to you via email. For some reasons there seems to be an issue in which your emails aren’t formatting properly on our end.

  If you don’t see her email, please let me know exactly which site you want your followers transferred from and where you want them transferred to. I can take care of this for you shortly.

  Hi.
  I have replied, but just to be sure, I want the followers transferred from my WordPress.com site to my WordPress.org site. The URL for the new .org site is http://www.twentyfirstcenturynomad.com (which used to be the URL for the .com site). The .com site is now located athttp://twentyfirstcenturynomaddotcom.wordpress.com/. The followers are all still there, and I want them transferred to the new .org site. Does that make sense?
