Lost subscriptions in July

  We have a private blog for our staff, and paid to have additional users. Everyone was subscribed to the blog so they would get messages sent to their email. We also have a second blog for my department, which also had subscribers. Almost everyone’s subscriptions were wiped out or lost in July. I can’t keep resubscribing the entire staff. What happened, and will it happen again? Thanks!
