Lost the access to my account

For several months ago I asked you this:
Hi,
In 2009 I set up a wordpress.com blog : idatejoo.wordpress.com
I then redirected it to idatejoo.se. For about 2 years ago I deleted the site (at least I thought?!) and didn’t keep the domain (that was bought through loopia.se). Someone else took the domain. I thought my former blog was erased but I found it active by accident today. http://idatejoo.wordpress.com .. I want it deleted, but when I enter the dashboard with the old username and a new password, it says “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.
Would you like to start one?”I am very confused? Have my site been hacked? I want it gone, can you help me?

The site idatejoo.wordpress.com is owned by a different WordPress.com account, not your account jacquelinejoo. You’ll need to log in to the WordPress.com account that was used to set up that site in order to manage it.
If you’re not sure what account that is, please follow the steps in our Account Recovery guide for more help regaining access to the account that owns that blog.
Now my new qurstion is: What should I do if I dont know the password or username to my old site anymore? I didnt buy anything from Paypal, the old start up-link is erased and I cant find it due to hotmails erasing old emails when the adress is not accesed for a few months, and I dont have any mobile security code?!?! Im in panic. I have a email from you sent to my account I Date Joo with this text in swedish:

Without completing the account recovery steps, we have no way to verify you are the original owner.
As a matter of security, we never give out access to a site if ownership cannot be verified.
If you really were the owner of the site in question, try logging out of WordPress.com and then trying to log in using each email address you have used in the past. You may even be able to remember the password and get in if you can figure out what email address you used to originally create the site. As a matter of privacy, WordPress.com never gives out other people’s email addresses from their WordPress.com account, so you will need to try to remember this information on your own as a first step.

I have already tried that, and no one of the e-mail adresses I thought it was was the right ones. Have I been hacked? I am very confused. Or can it be a wordpress.org-account but I didn’t remember it?
I have one invoice from my webhost Loopia on that adress, http://www.idatejoo.se, can that be a owner-proof? -
I’m sorry but the invoice from a separate web host, Loopia, will not help in regard to the idatejoo.wordpress.com site.
The idatejoo.wordpress.com site has not been hacked. Neither of the usernames you have posted with here nor the email address you mentioned in your post earlier are on file as the owner and so I cannot help you based on this forum thread.
