Lost the option to chat to engineer

  Although I have a paid upgrade account, I have lost the option to chat online to a ‘happiness engineer’. I have done this previously but now the only option is email?
  Any suggestions as to how I can reinstate the option? Thanks

  What plan do you have? Livechat is only available to Business plan users at the weekend.

  Yes, I thought I’d added https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ (it’s still open in my browser) but must have pressed “submit” too soon :(

  The account in question is on a personal plan which should be able to reach us over live chat now (Monday).
