Lost theme

  I lost my customized theme I had payed for. I tryed another theme and lost mine. It’s possible to find the old one? and to have back all the settings?I can’t remember the name of the theme.

  Hi –

  I think the premium theme you are looking for has to be connected to a different user account. The one that you’ve contacted us from does not have any history of purchasing a premium theme.

  Hi there,

  Are you referring to fedevalecom.wordpress.com? The first theme on that site was the Plane Theme.

  I don’t see any paid theme upgrades under your account. If it is a different account you are referring to, please post in this thread under that account and we can take a look for you.
