Lost. Updating a site for a client

I was asked to work on the SEO for my client’s page and now he is requesting changes to the actual layout. I have logged in as admin on his page and made the easy add images, adjust text changes but I am absolutely clueless on how you make changes to the theme. The site was created by a marketing firm and it has some serious style/consistency issues that need to be addressed. I am almost a total WordPress newbie. Help!

I really don’t understand. You are saying this is not a wordpress.com issue? I did not set up the site so I don’t know which page to use. Obviously it is more than a blog. It is a company’s website. Is there a phone number I can call?

The site you need help with is a WordPress.ORG install – you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG – see above for the link – you need a different account at .ORG – you sign-in here will not work there

The site you are asking about uses the WordPress.ORG software and the site is not hosted on WordPress.COM servers.
There is no phone number here, and if there was they would tell you the same thing I just told you.
