lost user name and email address – cannot access

    I have business account but due to deleting the cookies I lost access the website.
    I need urgent help

    Hi there!

    It looks like the account that owns this website is different from the one you’re currently logged into. You would need to log out of @aqbasi and into the correct account to manage the website.

    If you don’t remember your login password for that account, you can reset it here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    If you don’t remember which account you used, and since there will be transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
