LOST USER name & PASSWORD

I purchased a CMS website through a DODGY company called Keyline Australia, who set up my website and who used word Press for my CMS.
My site has been hijacked 3 times now, and in that time I have built the content to my site with address http://www.aqueousmotion.com.au.
Somewhere along the way my user name and Password are now no longer working. Please do not tell me to go to the reset password page or the recovery page, as Keyline have not passed on any of the ID keys and codes you require for me to access my website. I have tried to call the company several times over several days and no one has gotten back to me. I have photo id, and I can prove that I am the owner of the company in which the site is built. There is even a picture of me on my site. But I can not get on to fix it up. I am angry, frustrated and feel helpless. Please, how can I access my website that I have paid a lot of money for!!!! I am just going around in circles on this wordpress website trying to get help. As this is my last straw. The Company I paid is clearly a scam steeling money off small Australian Business’s. Please, how can I access my site?

Your question refers to a self hosted installation of WordPress. You should direct your question to their support forums as this forum is for WordPress.com only.
See if the guys over at http://wordpress.org/support/; although you should probably contact your domain registrar or your host, presuming you have those details.
