  I’m borrowing this e-mail to log in and ask the forum, “How do I log in to my real account when I lost my username?”

  When you register a username at WordPress.com the email address you use becomes your unique identifier. All blogs you register when logged in under that username are registered under it. The blog that “matches” your username is reserved by Staff for you in the event you want to activate it one day.

  Perhaps your username is reflected in the URL for the blog in question
