Lost username

  Have changed web developer – now username/password not working!

  How can I overcome this?

  Hi, there, trueblue212. Forgive me if you’ve already tried this. The first step would be to go to wordpress.com. Then click the log in link in the upper right hand corner. When the log in page comes up, you’ll see a “Lost your password?” link right below the fields where you enter your username and password. Click that link. You’ll be prompted for your username or the e-mail address associated with your account. Of course, this only helps you if you can remember the e-mail address you used. Good luck and come back if you’re still having trouble.

  Thank you for your concern Brian.
  Have just discovered that wordpress only deals with wordpress.com issues.
  Even though it is a wordpress theme it is not a wordpress URL – could be difficult!
