Lost username and password

  Hello WordPress. Neither my username or password works on WordPress to log in. My e-mail address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thanks, Vanessa

  Hello,

  Please provide us website URL so that our staff can have a look Im to account status and assist you with login.
  Also you can try forgot password option during login and enter email address and try to get password reset link.

  I have added modlook tag to this query so one of the staff will be going to take care of this soon.

  There are no WordPress.com accounts connected to the email address you provided. Can you do as @pearlcityputtur suggested and send us the URL of the site you need help with?

  Once I know for sure, I can point you in the right direction.
