  I lost my username and password and the Email connected with the ACC is no longer. active. I am receiving notice of cancelation on (email visible only to moderators and staff). the reset email does not go to that email I have no invoice or even know the Account number.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
