Lost username and password due to email hack. Cannot access blog

Lost username and password and cannot access another blog I have because I cannot remember the username or password, and I can’t have my password reset because my email address was hacked and I no longer have it. How can I have this fixed so I may access this blog again? It is a dotcom blog which I have paid the yearly hosting fee for.
