Lost username and password for WP site

  Hello, how do I obtain the usenamer and the password for the WP site?
  the url is http://www.soehavegaard.com

  Our IT technician has quit his job and havent saved the information for us.
  About 1½ years ago he and the webmaster lost access to the site and now we try to recover it. Name of the IT technician and the webmaster can be provided if that helps track down the information needed.
