Lost webpage

  On 4 January I purchased a domain with wordpress, http://www.dialog2019.com
  I added it to my account, since I am also administering another webpage (www.jungk-bibliothek.org). While setting up my new webpage dialog2019.com I realized that I had to update my personal data in wordpress, namingly my e-mail address. The registered e-mail address for jungk-bibliothek.org used to be (email visible only to moderators and staff). I changed it in wordpress to my current e-mail, which ist: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  However, although the new e-mail address appeared in the system, I do not get ANY e-mails to this address. Since 7 January, I also did not receive ANY e-mails on my old e-mail address (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I have been trying to log into my account now for over a week. I also submitted an online form with my transaction ID for dialog2019.com
  I never received a response.
  I never get any links to reset my password.
  I am locked out completely and all my attempts to get help from wordpress do not function.
  I paid 300$ for dialog2019.com

  Could anyone please fix this? I start being really worried.

  Hi –

  dialog2019.com is connected to a different account. It is under username bbk1982 . The notifications for that site are going to the email address connected to the bbk1982 account. That is a different email address than what is connected to the birgitbahtickunrath account that you have used here.

  Hi lizkarkoski, thanks for your reply. I basically made this new account with the new e-mail address to be able to get into the chat. I am aware that dialog2019 ist associated with a different user name (bbk1982) and email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). However, I have not been receiving any e-mails on (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Obviously I also cannot use birgit.bahtic-kunrath, since it is connected to another account. Please could you send me a reset link to the following e-mail address (which is not associated to any account, I hope): (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi @birgitbahtickunrath, if you aren’t getting emails at that address, can you respond to the account recovery ticket to let them know there? We can help you with other options, but as they will involve verification of account information, it’s best to follow up in that private ticket from here.
