Lost website

  Hello! Last year I created my first website here and it’s still up and running, but when I logged back into my account after some time it says that no websites are associated with my account. Is there anyway to recover my account?

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site? If the site is hosted on WordPress.com, the account you are contacting us from isn’t the account connected to the site – you must have another WordPress.com account that the site is under with a different username and email connected to it.

  Do you remember having another account? Let us know and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction from there.

  The website is alliesargent.com

  It’s definitely a possibility I made it on another account, but I’ve tried logging in with the 3 emails I use for everything and none of them are connected to wordpress.

  It looks like alliesargent.com is a self-hosted WordPress site with Namecheap, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.
