Lost website

Hi, I can’t find my website created on WordPress. I can’t find my login details and I can’t find anything. I just want to reinstate or set up the website and it was built between 13th February 2021 and 20th March 2021. I cannot find any proof of payment. I had a web designer make it around those dates and he can’t find it any longer. Can it be reinstated? Has it been archived? can I regain access to it? Please help.
