https://beekeepinghq.wordpress.com/ is an empty site.
What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you referring to please?
This is wordpress.COM support. We cannot answer any questions posted here accurately until we have the relevant URL and have confirmed hosting.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. That support is found at http://wordpress.ORG/support/
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. That support is found at http://jetpack.com/support/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, run different theme versions of themes with the same names, and many people get confused about the two. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The wordpress.ORG support forums are at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/

I spent last week building a website. Now it is forbidden to access, I have no login credentials at wordpress (but somehow I’m still able to change my password with confirmations sent to my correct email account).
I’m not sure where to get help from wordpress (or anyone else). I had to make a new account just to post here.
Any advice timetheif? my website is/was kesnersmedicalphysics.com

kesnersmedicalphysics.com is hosted by Hostinger International Limited, not by wordpress.COM
That site on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org

Thanks timethief. I am posting in the wordpress.com forum because I want to know what happened to my wordpress.com account.
WordPress.com advertises that you can use their site with a 3rd party hosting of a URL, as I did.
I understand from your response that wordpress.com has no support for users who do not have a wordpress.com hosted site.
If that is true that is something that should be mentioned when you sign up. They should tell people that they may loose their work when their accounts are deleted for no reason and with no explanation. I spent a week working on my site with wordpress.com. It appears that was a big mistake.

I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up so they will explain the situation to you.
How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Also subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.
The bottom line is that there is no WordPress.COM Staff support for any wordpress.ORG installs. WordPress.ORG provides peer support forums and free software only.

Hi @kesnera, I’m an analogy person, so I hope this helps:
– WordPress.org is free, DIY software
– WordPress.com is a service based on that software
It’s much like the difference between a recipe that you can make on your own, and a restaurant that serves food based on that recipe.
It looks to me like kesnersmedicalphysics.com is registered through and pointed at Google. For our analogy, that’s a bit like a kitchen you’re renting. Just like the original poster was renting space with Hostgator.
Any agreements (aside from the software license) would have been made through them. I’d recommend getting in touch with them to see if they can help you restore a backup. Good luck!
