Lost Website

  I had a previous WP site razelllive.com I recently tried to login and change the theme. When I log in the WP admin login says user not found. The hosting (hostMonster) has been paid for the year. It seems as the site doesn’t exist any where. Has anyone experienced this. I do not want to start all over. I will have to pay again to get a premium site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As I can see that your site (razelllive.com) currently has nameservers :
  NS1.HOSTMONSTER.COM
  NS2.HOSTMONSTER.COM

  Please change your nameservers to :
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Note: This will work only if you have any of the purchased plans from WP.com

  There are two flavors of WordPress: hosted WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and the open source WP (org) project at https://wordpress.org You can learn about the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Unless you are trying to map your custom domain razelllive.com to a site you registered here on WordPressdotcom, the information that kunalkawale provided is not relevant for you.

  The hosting (hostMonster) has been paid for the year.

  So it sounds to me like you should be logging in to your account at hostMonster. If you are having difficulty doing so, please check with their support.
