Lost website
-
We have lost our website that was hosted through WordPress along with all access through our established account administrators. We need technical assistance to reactivate the account.

Other people seem to be having the same problem, including me…. My site exists online, but there is no way to access account.
-
We have lost both the site and our ability to access the account through WordPress. We were just on the site several weeks ago, so we are completely baffled.
-
I’m having the exact same issue as well. I was working on my site just yesterday, but now I’ve lost all access.

You are asking for assistance in the wrong support forum as wolftrackclassic.com isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. Perhaps the other posters in this thread either have sites hosted elsewhere too or their sites are reached via different accounts to the ones they are currently posting from.

The account I am messaging through is my personal account, not the WolfTrack Classic account. As previously mentioned, no one who has access to the WTC account can access it through WordPress. It comes up as the account does not exist. Why is this happening? My personal account has no website attached and yet I can still access my personal information.
My original request was not just about a missing website, it was also about WTC account access.

When I try to access the site I see:

Contact your hosting provider for more information. -
@thenriopinion if you want to let us know what your site is, we can check on it for you.
@evasebesta you have an account here, and an installation of WordPress set up with Cloudflare and another hosting provider. I’d recommend reaching out to the host first, to ensure all is well there, then maybe turning off cloudflare. And then, going forward, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
