lost website

  A designer friend created a wordpress website which then was hosted by godaddy. In May, I didn’t get the notice to pay the godaddy hosting fees and it was taken down after 30 days. Godaddy says it’s not backed up in their system and when I get on wordpress I don’t see any websites associated with me. Help. Does any of this even make sense?

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted here with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
