The site you listed is owned by the account you’re logged in to, with full access.
What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?
-
The account I am logged into is the 2nd account I created in haste. This was mentioned in the question. mcrfour.com is the actual website I will need to regain access to.
Just to reiterate the issue I am experiencing to avoid scrolling:

I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your
mcrfour.comsite is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.Instead, Bluehost uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Otherwise, you may want to contact Bluehost for further support — they might be able to assis with getting access back to your dashboard.
I hope that points you in the right direction.
