Lost website admin issue

  This error pops up when I try and log on to my website.
  W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosnaweb20a/b267/ipw.poolandspaboy/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
