Lost website after domain change

    Hi, we lost our WordPress website when we changed the domain name on the backend of WordPress. Can we have someone recover this in any way? We already have some useful plug-ins we set-up (eg. Elementor pro).

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    What you described wouldn’t be possible on WordPress.com, your site seems to be hosted with Name.com, not with so we can’t help here.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
