  We can’t find the details of our project, we can’t access the website on the internet, we can’t see our listings, vendors windows etc. The interface looks different from before.

  https://momen-team.io is a site hosted with 1&1 IONOS and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.
