Lost website when domain expired, is there any way to get it back?

Help, please!
I was in the process of transferring my domain and hosting to another company and while the transfer was supposed to be happening my domain went into redemption. Now I that the domain is out of redemption I’m wanting to get my site up and running. However, I didn’t do a back up before the domain expired, is there any way to log back into my WordPress site/request a back up from WordPress. I’m hoping not all of my work is lost but I don’t know how to start trying to recover my site.
