Lost website when updated to newer version of wordpress

Was working on linking google analytics to our website and downloaded a plugin to make that happen. Everything froze so I restarted the process and our entire wordpress account dissappeared and website is gone. Any thoughts?

It sounds like you have a self hosted WordPress site. Plugins are not supported on WordPress.com sites. Can you share the site address?
