lost website wordpress.com

  My needs is to change the name of the blog, and a conseguence the address in wordpress.
  So I have decided to enter in the site ad admin and to make this change, only using another name, from ugsphoto to nanaevents.

  I have not cancelled the old ugsphoto wordpress site, because there is an option asking to cancell or not, and I have selected the second one.
  I have only worked in the profil area, nothing else.

  Now, connecting to the new wordpress address, I can see nothing, no articles and no more the various pages.

  How can we go back to the previous site?

  Hi,

  Perhaps the transfer took longer than you expected. The site https://nanaevents.wordpress.com/ exists and contains post archives from March to November 2015, and various static pages. https://ugsphoto.wordpress.com/ still exists, but it appears to be empty. Isn’t this your goal?

  Thanks for your prompt reply, I am happy to see that articles are not lost!
  Before writing here I asked to get a password procedure because I cannot login with my user and now under my name i can’t see any site..
  What I have to do?

  Did you lose the password. Resetting the password would be the first step. See the Account Recovery support page for information on the password reset process, and other options.

  i had user and password
  after changing blog name i try to login but, do not ask me why, user or password was incorrect…

  Hi, just to clarify, are you trying to log into the account for https://nanaevents.wordpress.com/ ?

  You should be able to log out then log in again with the other account. If you changed your username or email address, be sure to use the new one.

  I had a password for umbertogs user, after changing site name the password doens’t work to login.
  I try to change password but user umbertogs lost, so i insert my email and follow the procedure, the reply is become usarubbi1976.
  If i try to log on nanaevents:
  User usarubbi1976 can not access the bulletin board request
  You are logged in as ” usarubbi1976 ” and you do not have permission to access the bulletin board of ” Na Nà wedding & events .” If you are not ” usarubbi1976 ” , log off and log in with your user name . If you are ” usarubbi1976 ” and wish to access , ask an administrator to invite you.

  I’m sure I did something wrong :(

  Hi @usarubbi1976, that is not the username associated with nanaevents. You will need to log out then log in using the correct account.
