I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
Account recovery overview – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Lost password tool – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Account recovery form – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryFinally, even if you do not have access to the correct account, if you have your payment information you can use our “Why was I charged?” tool. It was built for situations such as this:

Hi Michiel,
Our logs show you transferred that domain away from us yesterday. The domain is now registered with http://www.transip.nl, and the DNS for the domain is also pointed there.
I see when the domain was with us, you had a custom DNS record pointing it to a site on Digital Ocean, but it looks like Transip.nl did not keep that record when the domain transferred to them, so you’ll need to reconfigure that DNS record with them again. Once your domain is pointed back at Digital Ocean, your site should start working again.
Based on the data we still have saved for your domain, you’ll need to add an A record pointing your domain to the IP address, 188.166.141.179. If you contact support at Transip.nl, they’ll be able to help you add that.
You will also need to add MX records for your G Suite email account over there, as the DNS records you had added with us on WordPress.com to connect your domain to your email will no longer work.
Lastly, you still have a G Suite email subscription active with us. As your domain is no longer registered or hosted here, we’ll need to remove that from your account. However, this will not cancel your G Suite completely – you’re paid up with that until October 2021, but going forward you’ll have to renew it directly with Google. Once we remove that upgrade from your account you’ll receive an email from Google explaining how to do that.
Please confirm if I can go ahead and remove that subscription, and let me know if you have any other questions.
