Lost widgets -trying themes- and no way to restore them?

  I have lost widgets on this blog (trying another theme) and when I have returned (with some script problem notifications) all I have build is gone (and much work to re-do (too much :-( -) Can you please do that for me? switch my blog on to somewhat 3hrs before this message, so I can get it as it was? Please?

  PS: extra info: contact Suport through my Reader, not loading
