Lost Woocommerce Media But Files Are On Server

    Hello Guys. So Im trying to Link Media to my site by urls. To give a back story, I deleted a user, the user must have had no post so that was fine, although I would later realize that the user most likely published some products on my site. This has resulted to the images being deleted. However I restored the images and all its sizes with a back up. The only problem is that the images are not showing in the media library no on the woocommerce products.

    There are some tools that will let you scan through your media for unlinked files. However my media site has been running for 14 year with about 3-4 articles per day so they all time out or crash due to the load. There for I need something that can work directly either to a specific folder, or by url. So I can source the url and relink it in the media folder. Any ideas? Any plugin? or any manual way to directly add an image already in your wordpress uploads folders to your media library?
