Lost wordpress.com pw, can't use paid Jetpack subscription

I have a paid Jetpack subscription that I’m not able to use because I can’t log in to the the associated WordPress.com account. The password I have stored for that WordPress.com account (username Okrasonic) doesn’t work, and when I submitted a password reset request several days ago I got no response.
WordPress has no trouble sending my Jetpack billing receipts to the correct email address every month, but for some reason I can’t get a password reset link there! I’ve checked spam folders on the server and in my email client, and there’s nothing in either.
So two days ago, I submitted an Account Recovery Form with multiple proofs of ownership and an alternate contact email address. Still waiting on a response.

Hi @mildpanic, what email addresses are you checking for these notifications? I wasn’t able to see any previous requests made from this account. Also, what address are you checking for the real account? Can you ensure it’s working?
Noting you can go ahead and type your email address here; our forums software will redact it from everyone but staff.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the delay in responding. The email notification of your response went to my Junk email folder, and I just noticed it this evening.I also received an email from staff member Damianne in response to my Account Recovery Form (I also just discovered Damianne’s reply in my Junk email folder), and have followed up with a response. So this is just a repeat of that information.
I requested that Damianne update the email address associated with my Jetpack subscription from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Communications to that address should get through. Assuming Damianne is following up on this, there is probably no further action that you would need to do.
