    Can you please confirm the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

    It sounds like you’re trying to access a site built using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. The password for your admin account for such a site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this – many hosts offer a way for you to reset this directly via your hosting control panel.

    Otherwise you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ for other methods, like changing the password directly in the database.
