My domain. lostkatanning.com, is registered with Wild West Domains (big mistake on my part). I have tried for months to contact Wild West Domains to update my change of payment details to no avail. I have been on its website (useless). I have phoned them on the number shown on the website and I get different companies but not Wild West Domains. The last time I called (ten minutes ago) I was told to contact wordpress.com. My domain has apparently now expired. It is my primary domain and I am unable to access my website https://lostkatanning.com/
I don’t understand this runaround. Why can I not find someone to get this sorted? I am a retired old man (73 years old). I have done this on an unpaid voluntary basis for around 12 years. I am an amateur at this and I don’t seem to be able to get any assistance from anyone. I just want my domain back.
